- Certified copy of the Registration Certificate of the Entity
- Certified ID copies of the Entity’s Directors
- Detailed Entity Profile
- Detailed Project Plan
- 2 Reference Letters
- Ensure that none of the Directors work for eThekwini Municipality or any other government department
- Proof of address for the Entity
- Proof of Registration with eThekwini Municipality Supply Chains Management
- Proof of Registration with Central Supplier Database
- Proof of Registration with Municipal Vendor Portal government department
