Lo mcimbi ubuhlelwe yiVibe FM ngokubambisana nephephandaba iNkundla Yezindaba, ngenhloso yokukhulisa ulwazi nokuxoxa ngezihloko ezithinta abesifazane emphakathini.
Omunye wabakhulume kulo mcimbi uDkt. Aviwe Anitha Klass, ongudokotela onguchwepheshe kwezengqondo (clinical psychologist), obeke ugqozi ekubalulekeni kokunakekela impilo yengqondo (mental health), ikakhulukazi njengoba abesifazane behlaselwa kakhulu izinkinga zalo mkhakha.
Aviwe uqale ngokucacisa ukuthi impilo yengqondo ihlanganisa indlela ocabanga ngayo, indlela ophatha ngayo impilo yakho kanye nokuziphatha kwakho. Uthe izinkinga ezivamile zihlanganisa: Ukucindezeleka (Depression) Ukukhathazeka ngokweqile (Anxiety) Ukuhlaselwa wukwesaba okungazelelwe (Panic Attack) Izinkinga zokuhlushwa yizigameko zangaphambilini (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD) Uchaze ngokujulile ukuthi ukucindezeleka kuwuhlobo lwesifo somqondo olubangela umuzwa oqhubekayo wokudabuka nokulahlekelwa intshisekelo ezintweni ezijabulisayo.
