The training programme will take place in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Stellenbosch, giving registered runners an opportunity to improve their fitness, build confidence and prepare for race day.
The first training run is scheduled for Sunday, 1 November 2026, in Sandton, Johannesburg, under the guidance of Team Vitality.
